ComboBox with icons

Is there a ComboBox with icons?

I'd like to add an Icon to a ComboBox in the text and in the selection (e.g. a Flag for a country selection)

I currently use a splitbutton - but updating the selected value requires some JS action.

Is there a way to use a ComboBox?
