I found this post today looking for the same thing but it has no replies. Specifically when used as part od datagrid filter row extension, quite often a narrow column will require a wider panel. It would be awesome if this could be auto-width from the widest entry for a combobox list. At the moment the panelwidth seems to always be the same as the control / editor width.
