hi, I have service panel from top to bottom in a west region of a layout.  and the web region shown a scrollbar because of the lang panels.

when I scroll the scrollbar, all panels scroll except all panel headers. the panel headers  always there and never moved.

how to make tab title vertical but char is up/down  (when the title is on the left or right)

and

how to make tab title icon (maybe a larger icon) is above the title  word with horizental (when the title is on the left or right)

as the topic, I am confused .

how to make control either width or height to fit with parent. 

in many cases, the 'fit' is not good because I only want one of the width or height to full parent's width or height.   make style width or height 100% is not work.
