Question on Server Side Datagrid Pagination

I was reading about datagrid having the pagination done at the server side. I was reading the replies in the following thread link:   http://www.jeasyui.com/forum/index.php?topic=1746.0

By reading the posts in the link and the replies I understood that the pagination can be achieved using server side pagination, so I have one question. It mentions in the post that, "When enable remote paging, the server must return exact page rows(20 rows)." , but if there are less than twenty rows??? Shouldn't it show the displaying text in the footer in proper format?

All the returning rows will be rendered. If there are less than 20 rows, these rows will display on the datagrid.
