Unable to edit cells in datagrid [Resolved]

Hi,

When I click on a cell to edit it, only the row becomes highlighted.

Ideally, I'd like the first column to be become a drop down box listing the various values in that column as options.

Hi,

Thanks, as a stand alone example that works great.  I think in trying to write a concise and to the point question, I left out important contextual information.  For that I apologise.

Please accept this update as I have made progress.

I have found that at some point in my examples I lost the <script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.jeasyui.com/easyui/datagrid-cellediting.js"></script> from the headers.
