disabling expand on panel

I know there is a method to disabling panel collapse, that is collapsible:true

But how to make the panel not able to expand?
i see there is no "expandable" properties

Set 'hideExpandTool' to true to hide the expanding tool, set 'expandMode' to null to prevent from expanding a panel by clicking it.
