tooltip style problem

after many hours and tests, finally my tooltip in panel tools is working ok. the only problem is:
the panel ir generated trough a function inside one php require page, and update the panel in another page.
everything works fine, except the tooltip shows like standard html title attribute. so no, beautiful tooltip style is displayed.
really have no idea how to solve it. it's not urgent, since works (thats the important), but look and feel is important to.
any idea how to force title to use the css tooltip styles..?
