I need drag and drop  datagrid row to the other div element or table and want to access that row value in that div or table to display data is that possible in easyui

In form some elements are disable before submit although validation is not disabled on that element
I want to do disabled and enabled all form elements through jQuery or Javascript and stop validation for disabled dataslots.

Suppose in accordion 2 div tag
User select text box input yes then 3 & 4 div tag of accordion is display otherwise it should not visible.
