page representation question in IE9
«

Hi,
In IE9 when page load is not complete I see that it is trying to show me what is loaded.
But since page is not completely loaded it shows me 'broken' page but after half a second when everything is loaded it shows me page as it should look like.
In Firefox or Opera I don't see this kind of problem and both of this two browsers show final page without this kind of "blinking".
Question: How can I force IE not to show me page when it is not loaded completely?
Thanks
