Commercial license

I've got a couple of questions regarding the commercial license (@stworthy: I sent you an email last week and also one yesterday, would you mind checking your spam folder perhaps?), but for the time being, let me just post this one question to the forum, that seems to be frequented by stworthy as well:

After paying, when and how do we get access to the source code?

I'm asking this question as I could not find much documentation about the purchasing procedure online, and not having a firm name, a postal address, nor the real name of the author (who does not seem to respond to emails either) makes me kind of nervous and wonder if I'll really get what I (still might decide to) pay for.

We have checked our mail box carefully and really don't find any email from you, even though from the spam box.
After paying we will send you the software packaged as a zip file via email within 24 hours.

Will double-check with the IT guys regarding the lost emails, but I have not had any email issues so far, and did not receive any "Undelivered mail returned to sender" back, so not sure where it could have got lost. Btw, we are talking about "stworthy@gmail.com" here, correct?

I have one further question - when we pay via credit card, i.e. without a PayPal account, how do you know our email address (especially when we can't seem to send emails to your address to tell you) to send the sources to?

A follow-up on the email issue. Our IT guy checked the logs for the last email I sent to your address, and they look fine (I XXXed out our address etc. before posting it here), as far as we can tell. Timestamp are in UTC:
