datagrid + calendar for datebox

Hi all,

I am trying to avoid that the user insert a wrong date in a datagrid.
In the following example the calendar accept only dates from 1 to 31 october.
This works, but for some reason when I select the row, the initial date is deleted.
What I am doing wrong ?
