Windows scale option problem

Recently, I have encountered a problem when the client has changed the scale options in the system settings from 100% to 125% very ringing, e.g. such a datagrid deviates to the right. An example in attachment

to make buttons into groups and the problem is gone when i remove them but still something is not working correctly  
I have tried to use this example https://www.jeasyui.com/forum/index.php?topic=2826.0 but the stack up at the end of toolbar
