datagrid header td's different than content td's in IE

When creating a datagrid in IE (fitcolumns: true and in HTML onlye the table id="x"/> tag)
The columns of the header are adjusted to fit the available space, the content columns don't have a width style element though.... so these columns are fitted on content width...
